A qualification in Playwork would be a distinct advantage as would one in First Aid. For those applicants who are offered jobs for the Summer and do not have these qualifications then a course of training must be attended. The "Time To Play" course which runs over two days is an induction course linked with the Playwork NVQ Level 2 Standards. It is fully endorsed by SkillsActive and accepted by OFSTED. We will pay the costs of the course but not for your attendance. We welcome qualified teachers and those in training alike, additionally anyone working in childcare, or maybe just those who enjoy working with children, everyone is welcome at Camp Aldenham.
